Introduction

Negotiation is the process whereby interested parties resolve disputes, agree courses of action, seeking individual benefits and / or collectively, seek to obtain results that serve their mutual interests. It usually includes a form of alternative dispute resolution or situations involving multilateral action. Negotiation is the search for an agreement, focused on material interests or quantifiable issues between two or more people, in a limited time. This research agreement involves the confrontation of conflicting interests on various issues (negotiating) that each party will try to make them compatible with a set of tradeoffs.
