Introduction

Contract learning is a significant tool that has been introduced in clinical and nursing practice to enhance the learning capability of the nurses so that through their better reflection and adequate knowledge they can be able to provide better health care services to the people. There are a lot of benefits of contract learning; it not only enhances the learning capacity but also encourages individual learning, increases sense of ownership and responsibility in nurses.

Reflective practices involve considering learning as an iterative method. Reflective practices can assist a learning exchange of ideas between our implied personal experience and theoretical facets of our perception.
