Contract laws and labor relations differences between china and the United States
Abstract
This paper aims at discussing the relationship between the two greatest economic countries of the world, the Peoples Republic of China and the United State of America. The difference is discussed on the basis of the contract for labors and he labor relations are also discussed among the two countries. These differences are elaborated on the basis of the globalized aspect of business environment, with which both the countries are affected and hence keep on striving for the highest level of economic growth at a fast pace. The challenges the two countries face in their relationship are discussed in this paper, together with the most severe issue of cyber attacks of China. Moreover, the paper contains a thorough analysis of the problem of labors working in China for a long time, and then succeeding as a result of the world's second highest economic country.

Introduction
This paper contains a detailed research across the concerns of relations between the United States and the China, based on the fact of China's rise in its economy. China has been struggling hard in its economic phase and has accomplished tremendous success in its way. After almost 30 years of continuous growth, it has become the world's second largest economy in the world, just a step behind the United States. This was taken as a productive impact to the World's economy by the United States of America.
Formerly, the rise of new powers in the world's economy was taken as a conflict by the existing powers of the worlds, but this time the rise of China made the president of the United States of America consider the establishment of a new style of power relationship, by providing the China a warm welcome in the United States of America. This was attained by the implication of Labor Contract Law to maintain and sustain the relationships among the two leading economies of the world. Considering this implication, there was a notable change in the labor policy of China as the contract-based employment replaced the life-long employment, and the government job assignment was replaced by the Labor market.
Moreover, China is not only focused on the economic growth, but it has also been deploying global strategies. Mainly, it is proficient in its military area as it has been working for the development of extended-range power projection capabilities; including the development of “Carrier Killer” that is an anti-ship Ballistic Missile (ASBM).
