Contract between Roommates

Introduction

The contract binds Jennifer, Kathy, Mark and Eric in a legal agreement from November 29, 2012 to the day each of them stays in the apartment as a tenant.

Definitions

Cleaning

Each of the roommates is responsible for cleaning the rooms and bathrooms upon their duties. Cleaning will mean here to make sure that all the mess and dirt has been removed from the premises including floor, shelves, basin and other accessories.

Financial contribution

If a partner of some roommates stays off for more than two nights than he/she will be liable to pay the bill for edible things and if he/she stays for more than four days then he will be liable to pay for the things he/she uses there.

Contract breach

Rights of roommates
