The cork story is more than 200 years old for the wine and the beverage industry. No one today can deny the fact that they have been watching the cork since they have started drinking and watching wine being served. Today, the screw tops have replaced the corks to a great extent and there are a number of reasons why this is happening. Thousands of years ago, people learnt to harvest and grow up things for their personal use. The cork forests today have survived, and because of the survival of the cork forests, a great number of species of animals and other creatures have survived with it as well. Cork woodland which is very well known for the abundance of the cork, is very much known for the bird life it contains. Europe's some of the rarest birds are known to be growing in the area of thee forests. With an increase in demand for the corks, the corks forest have failed to satisfy the complete demand of the organizations as the forests are ripped once in 9 years. As a result of this, more and more pesticides are being used in order to increase the demand of the corks. At times, the bad corks can even spoil the taste and smell of the wine as well, and this happens in a number of cases where the wines are returned back to the company. With a wine return is a customer lost, this is the phrase the companies follow. The companies are looking forward to maintain their customer to a great extent and with the corks that are grown naturally and the quality is not controllable to a great extent; it can be damage for the companies.

With a use of the screw caps, the failure rate is almost 0, this means that the customers are always happy with the taste and quality and there is certainly no need to be worried about the screw caps going ...
