This report deals with the sustainability reporting of the related companies which are facing issues in adjusting in any piece of land due to the environmental issues it has being facing in it. This is being done by considering the case study on Jabiluka uranium mine and also discussing the alignment of another organisation Pearlmakers which is dealing with some of the similar issues with the sustainability reporting. The role of accounts department and the concerned authorities are also discussed in this paper that how well the company can make use of these sustainability reporting and evaluation of environmental performance. The paper is analysing all the issues by considering various issues which are being faced by the concerned organisations and it is also making it sure that the EMS which is used for making the sustainability reporting much more effective for the organisations. Performance in the key areas and maintaining them is the key roles played by this reporting system. There have been an increasing number of entities which are really willing to make all the operations really sustainable. By making a proper process for making the sustainability reporting process much more efficient might really help these organizations to make goal, do a better management of the changes occurred and then expecting good results from all of those actions (Anonymous, 2006).
