Discussion

Congestive heart failure (CHF) is a very issue that has leads to a health care cost in United States of America. Annually if, we look at the cost of CHF, so it is approximately $8.9billion in 1981-1991. It showed that stays are approximately 2.3million in hospital and 11million are the visits by outpatients which shows the yearly cost of $38 billion. This leads to the 5% of national expenditures totally in United States of America for health care. Recent stats show around 4.9 million United States citizen got affected with this disease.

Socioeconomic/poverty community

There are some socioeconomic inequalities in the cardiovascular disease that show some major and consistent public health challenged over industrialized nation. Socioeconomic status (SES) is a very powerful tool of causing heart failure (Hawkins, et.al. 2011). Heart failure can be managed by the community where social condition may be restricted to healthcare. Relation between socioeconomic status and heart failure can be determined with the studies (Hawkins, et.al. 2011).

Poverty and homeless people are also suffering a lot with this disease. It has increasing quickly in North America, which linked with the public health and health care systems. Heart diseases are affecting all age people, both genders and ethnicities. Homeless are more attracted through the complex factors that are present both in the internal and external individuals themselves (Jones, et.al. 2009). One patient is homeless so it will provide equitable access to both the remedial and preventive health care. It was lacking behind and has a high standard rate of cardiovascular disease. Introducing small scale and limited programs that aimed at focusing the different health and social needs of the homeless people (Jones, et.al. 2009). There is an insufficient commitment at the state, national and provincial and local levels that can display implementations. They suggested [policies and provide funds and resources in order to expand the individual level to the programs. These programs give sustainability, prevention and services. The long term relation among the homeless or poverty with the heart failure reverses the trends in health care systems that build low socioeconomic structures and homeless individuals (Jones, et.al. 2009).
