The present work aims to present the various conflicts that can arise in organizations and their causes, and solutions within which these steps are followed by the administration to achieve conflict resolution. Since conflicts are inevitable and occur frequently even in the best companies, they can act as a catalyst to improve organizational performance. It is the tension that a person remains when subjected to two or more forces that are mutually exclusive (Byars, 2008, 40).
