Conflict is referred to a process in which there are two parties or persons that have different views or wishes, and each think that the other is acting against their wishes. It is also observed in conflict that each party usually engages in activities that are targeted towards the damage of the other party. Normally, a conflict is perceived or considered as negative by people, but a conflict could also end in a positive manner in certain settings.
