Introduction

Conduct disorder would have its origins in family conflicts, child abuse or juvenile abuse, poverty, genetic disorders, drug or alcohol in the parents. There is a single cause that triggers a problem but it is the interplay of several of them and experiences the socio-cultural context where the individual is embedded in difficulty. The behavior in question is generally ill appropriate of the age group. It is a violation of everyday etiquette. Behavior such as this can be called antisocial behavior (Hinshaw and Lee, 2003). Conduct disorder in Adolescents are a challenge for psychologists, they need to understand and approach possible causes of these disorders in order to initiate a treatment that allows these individuals reintegrate into family contexts, educational and social to which they belong. There is also some mental health problems emotionally loaded, causing difficulties in social adaptation. Among the most common behaviors tend to find aggressive and vicious toward people and animals, destruction of objects such as toys or school supplies, theft, vandalism, fires, lying, cheating, impulsivity, irritability followed at various times involved in physical fights. In all these behaviors, individuals that create them, feel no guilt for what they did and are justified considering that they acted in defense of their rights and person.

Discussion

Conduct Disorders (TC), form a cluster of symptoms ranging from disobedience, verbal abuse, in contempt of the people, behavioral manifestations of extreme physical aggression. Conduct disorder is classified in the DSM IV.

The diagnostic criteria of DSM IV for conduct disorder: Set of behaviors, repetitive and persistent, in which are denied the basic rights of others or social norms and rules corresponding to the subject's age, as evidenced by the presence of three of the following (or more) in the 12 months, and at least one of these criteria in recent months: Aggression toward people are as follows:

bullies, threatens or intimidates others often

often starts fights

used a weapon that could seriously injure others (e.g., A bat, brick, broken bottle, knife, gun)

has been physically cruel to people

has been physically cruel to animals

has stolen while confronting a victim (e.g., Mugging, purse, extortion, armed robbery)

has forced someone to have sex

Treatment

It requires accurate diagnosis and medical treatment, psychologically. With these treatments is not only to improve the situation of the subject in question but the people around that could be affected by the behavior of the child or adolescent. There is no doubt that the treatment of conduct disorder will be a multi-level and multi-elements and requires a multidisciplinary team where the problem is as we have seen multiple levels (biological, psychological, social and spiritual), and therefore there is no therapeutic intervention, and one crucial in this matter, but each intervention will serve as part of this disorder MS. In addition to the plurality of therapeutic means we need a policy of restraint and patience, long beautiful family therapists, and because the change disruptive behavior is not fast, but needs to be gradual stages occasion.
