Conciliation

“Conciliation” classifies into alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure where the parties involved in a dispute agree to employ the services of a conciliator, the third party conciliator then meets with the parties independently in an attempt to resolve their differences. He does this by reducing tensions, un-gapping communications, he interpret issues, provides technical assistance, discover potential solutions and bring a negotiated settlement.
