There are numerous factors at which the health care system of a country depends. Such factors plays a significant role in the in the growth and development of health sector of a country. Medications play a key role in healthcare but can also be a significant key cause of medical error and of adverse patient outcomes. Nurses by the nature of their roles in medication administration can be the last line of defense in eliminating or reducing adverse medication events. Health care organizations traditionally have not focused on the root causes of errors but have tended to focus on individual responsibility rather than system issues. This changing paradigm that poor processes and system designs being the root causes of many errors is key to developing strategies that will make significant improvements in medication safety.

Determinants of Social and Personal Health Behaviors
Health behaviors are behaviors in which an individual engages in good health, in order to prevent the diseases. These include a wide range of behaviors, from quitting smoking, losing weight, exercising to eat properly. Most experts agree that the involvement of health has brought about largely by social and demographic factors. Include factors such as older or younger, higher or lower educational level, social class is high or low, being a woman or man, and so on. Social situations, also known as situational determinants, influence, directly or indirectly, in which an individual adopts a healthy behavior. Without doubt, that family and peer group may play a role in the healthy habits you can adopt a person. For example, you smoke one of the parents has been found in numerous studies as a risk factor for the adolescent to start in such conduct. Also, most studies have shown a clear relationship between smoking initiation and smoking interact with peers (Ruth 2005, pp. 470).
A class of cognitions, which seems particularly important to motivate people to practice healthy behaviors, is those that relate to the perceived vulnerability. People who perceive themselves more vulnerable to a particular disease are more likely to adopt measures to prevent it. However, in some studies found that people tend to exhibit unrealistic optimism respect for their future health. We tend to see ourselves less likely to experience health problems compared to others.
Finally, the repertoire of a person's health behaviors is also based on emotional and cognitive factors (psychological determinants). The states and emotional needs may play a role in health practices. High levels of emotional distress do not help people get involved in carrying out their health habits that promote such as not smoking, exercising, eating breakfast, etc. Apparently negative emotional states interfere with healthy behaviors, emotional distress but may also lead one to seek medical attention.
Health behaviors do not occur in a vacuum. To understand them one must analyze the context in which they occur. These contexts comprise a constellation of personal, interpersonal, environmental, institutional, which include public policy, social and physical environment, institutional practices and interpersonal ...
