“We define sustainable development in simple terms as paths of progress which meets the needs and aspirations of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs” (Berry, 2008).
Universities are considered as producers of new knowledge. Role of university academicians is not limited to teaching only. Research is becoming vital and necessary part of modern university education. Universities are considered as modern entrepreneur engine and generator of knowledge through research. Research publications enable academicians to earn better salary package and get better tenure. University teachers considered that research and teaching are interlinked. Our institutes in the first twelve years were growing in number of student enrollments, so we focused on the expansion of our institute infrastructure. We expand the institute class room space, we change our school lab space and we were randomly increasing in student numbers in changing years.
Recently in the past two years our enrollment of students is decreasing by 10 percent every year and we are now facing a downturn in our institute turnover. This will cause our institute returns which results our decreasing number of percentage of income. With this decrease expected to continue, your institution will be facing many difficult decisions regarding both personnel and infrastructure. Our institute has provided its students with best quality education services throughout its educational years. Institute students are hired by top employers of the region as well as our country. With growing changes and focusing on life after education, students are now less focused for continuing their educational life. Our institutes have faced a major turnover of students in the recent decade and we provided state of an art facility to every individual who are working, teaching and studying in our institutes. Growing with continuous changes we believe that by providing better quality of education we can acquire attention of maximum number of students and (Berry, 2008).

In the thirty years since publication of the Brundt land Report, sustainability has become a key strategic planning goal for corporations, educational institutions and governments. Sustainability policies and reports are common and institutions now apparently recognize their perceived value, making them readily available online. While the basic tenets of the Brundtland Report definition echo in many of the current sustainability documents, the definition of sustainability has evolved. A common modern interpretation of the term is characterised by the three-pillar model of sustainability. “The core of mainstream sustainability thinking has become the idea of three dimensions, environmental, social and economic sustainability”.
