Responsible Competitiveness Index 2010 Competitiveness Index is a Saudi General Investment Authority (SAGIA), King Khalid Foundation and accountability initiatives. King Khalid Foundation was established in 2001 by the family of the late King Khalid bin Abdul Aziz, to achieve the noble objectives, principles and requirements of serving the people of the value of Saudi Arabia. The Foundation's mission is to enable the partnership to offer innovative solutions in the Kingdom of the social and economic challenges of Saudi Arabia, people's lives have a positive impact. The Foundation is committed to building and strengthening the management of nonprofit organizations and government, community development projects to improve community development work in the transfer of knowledge, non-profit organizations in Saudi Arabia and provide continued support to poor communities and vulnerable groups in Saudi Arabia for emergency relief funding for the project.
