Abstract

The aim of this assignment is to analyze the case of eight managers in the organization who have just passed their one year in the organization and ready for their first pay raise. Each manager of the organization is withdrawing an annual salary of $50,000. The objective of this assignment is to raise $40,000 combined in the salary of eight managers and decide how much raise each manager deserves considering his or her performance and other circumstances.
