Introduction

The comparison between teachers and soldiers was given by Dave Eggers and Ninive Calegari (2011) both run a charity tuition programs for children, according t them they say "When our military fails we never tend to blame them and say its because of these lazy soldiers that's why we haven't done better in Afghanistan, we tend to blame the planners the superiors, generals. Yet when it comes to education and our children fail to get good marks we blame the teachers. Can there actually be a similarity between teachers and soldiers?
