Rugby and American Football

The study pertains to the concern that football is better than rugby; the given statement is true as football not only provides enjoyment to the people but it also serves as the great physical activity than other sports that's the reason why the past studies shows that football is the most viewed and played sport by the people (Danzig, 50).

Improving the competitiveness is not the only advantage of starting a football. The school age is a time when many children get attracted towards this interesting sport which involves various advantages. The sport football serves as the key factor in influencing and changing the mind of the children or the players in the form of be aggressive and be consistent. The football gives the lesson of continues effort as due to the presence of this factor a player can get his ultimate objective that is winning the game. Furthermore, football also in involves physical activity which helps the players in maintaining and building up proper health (Danzig, 50).

Moreover, as compare to other sports, football attracts the people which help the young people or the students to not involve in the illegal activities, and provides a proper path to make their career or spend their free time. Football players do not have too much leisure time as compare to the players of other sports as the football keeps the players involve in the game and physical activity as it is considers as the most interesting, viewed and played game in the world. Rugby is my opinion much better and not just because I play rugby. The cool thing in Rugby is that the technology is not implemented and it is difficult to learn than at the beginning a bit complicated to implement.

Differences between American Football and Rugby

There are some major differences in both sports. When I tell people I practice Football very often they exclaim that that's not rugby? And you have to put the helmet and superhombreras to play? Then I have to explain that they are completely different sports but played with a ball which is oval, it is like talking about paddle and tennis racket to play with.
