Introduction
The world in which we live is full of different people. These different people belong to different religion and hence they possess different social and cultural values. On the basis of these differences they differ from one another. But, when these different people live together in a community then they adopt each other's ways and practices so that they can coordinate with others, resemble like them and do not look alien. This issue of race and ethnicity affects the community living in more than one ways. It affects the human interaction in the society, conduct and behavior of people to each other. The aim and objective of this paper is to present the comparison and contrasting ideas derived from an interview that is conducted from members of minority groups.
Discussion
The issue of the race, diversity and ethnicity is prevalent to a greater extent in United States. As a result of this ethnicity and diversity a number of issues are raised everyday in our society. These issues and dilemmas of ethnicity and racial issues are now part of our society. The three important factors that are creating diversity and inequalities in our society are religion, ethnicity and gender. This paper considers these three factors and asks following questions from the members to gauge the prevalence of inequalities.

If you could resolve any inequities within your community, what would you change? How and why?
Do you think minority group interests are represented within your community?
What are some similarities and differences between you and the people who are in leadership positions in your community?
Do the local media represent people like you? If so, in what ways?
How do other members of your community treat people who are like you?
How do they treat people who are different?
How do leaders within your community treat people who are like you?
Comparison and Contrast of Interview Information
With regard to the first question the answer the respondents show that member who belong to the ethnicity, religion and gender show the similar response. All the three respondents presented the idea that they want to change inequality related to the factor with which they belong. This means that the member who interviewed for ethnicity (An African American man) suggested that he want to reduce the ethnic inequalities. The member who was selected for the gender factor (a young career oriented woman) suggested that she wants to reduce gender related inequalities in her community and last but not the least the member that was selected for interview for determining the factor of religion (A Muslim man) also suggested that he wants to reduce the region related inequalities in his community. This is the first similar response that was shown by the interviewees.
