Introduction

This paper intends to discuss the SARA model. The SARA Model is one of the main planning tools used in Community Policing. The model will be elaborated in accordance with the planning of my project. The underlying stakeholder analysis will be conducted to further explain the strategic planning model. Two different questions will be discussed in this regard. The purpose of this paper is to make the readers aware about the significance of planning models in community policing.
