Community and Public Health, as the rule, is not emphasized in Associate Degree Nursing Program: Unlike the Bachelor of Science in nursing programs that provide students with knowledge base to distinguish and recognize public health and public health. This article provides an overview of history of community and public health. Similarities and differences between public health and public health will be considered, ending with revision plan for disaster management for Maricopa County.

The history of public health Public can be traced to death of the black 14th century, when quarantine system was established urban areas (Mooney, 2005). In 1915, Yale University, founded one of first United States academic programs in public health (Association of Schools of Public Health, 2006).
