The complex nature of communities is determined by the diverse and dynamic environment of these units. The definitions of community depend on the field of study. It represents the group or social units which interact or share common characteristics and values. The issues and challenges faced in understanding the complex nature of communities arise when the organisms or units demonstrate complicated characteristics such as human beings. There are various assortments of people such as people with disabilities, individuals from ethnic minorities, voyagers, detainees, healing center patients, mind inhabitants, unemployed, homeless, and provincially disconnected. This variety and mixture of characteristics defines the communities and its complex nature.
