Introduction

In the developing region population are growing rapidly, cities in that source of growth determine as the major source of concentrated environmental problem. More people are flock towards the urban areas from seeking their employment, shopping entertainment. On the same period of time, there infrastructure of services and works are inadequate of the resulting increase the population densities. The inevitable congestion create the environmental hazards, shortage of food, solid wastage, ineffective sewerage, decrease energy sources, reaching shopping, schools, recreations and other daily problems people start in that region. Waitakere (February 1999) suggest that high density help to make a city not destroy it, by redeveloping key area with mixtures of building, shopping, residences, restaurants and recreational facilities. As a planner or developer I am going to plan an effective community design for overcome all the above issues that relate with current and future population growth. This paper will also describe some strategies through which this plan can be implement and applicable.

Discussion

Sustainable community building blocks

In order to move make an effective and efficient community plan we first examine in detailed building blocks as relates to practical initiatives, compromise of planning tools and different associated resources with this community plan.

There is the fundamental sustainable building blocks have been suggested for this community that helpful for the residential.

Food

I suggest that this community should be local enough that the residents come to know very well each other and have opportunities to interact with other and satisfying round of foods. Thus we have to make good transportation system so then food from farms can easily be reached to all over the community in quick session. Richard,(2011) suggest that the local community scale can be defined as small that food is reach at every corner of community with in the time period of two hours. I encourage that this community has to define its own area so the interesting proportion of its food just can be met as practically as much possible through local sources.

There are the following resources that I have plan for this community

Create direct marketing opportunities including the sector of retail

Functions of food patterns

Only hire those farmers who are specialist in farming of particular food in the aim of prefer only residential people

Parks

Arunachalam & Lawrence, (2010) found that, there is a need of open space in this community which aims to make them to move towards green initiatives. Parks should be properly located, furnished, designed and maintaining parks of community. Parks of this community just not based on “ornaments”, the aim of this park is to serve all the age level which lives in the community. The large park should be planned to determine that to perform multifunctional task while on the other hand, smaller parks have to require perfect security control to limit that there is an extension of allowable sports and other games activities in the proximity for aging strollers and baby prams.
