Communication is a process of transmitting information, ideas, emotions, skills through the use of signs and words. Communication is the democratic process of social interaction based on the exchange of signs, by which humans voluntarily share experiences under free and equal access that are dialogue and participation. Communication is a vital element for family, friends and couples. Through the messages, one reach an agreement or exchange of information, dialogue is established between people who communicate. The communication process consists of the following elements: The sender or the source, translate and record the message in the form of the concept, the message subject of communication, means of communication, understand the message reception by the person, information retrieval. The sender or the source is determined by the source or sender contact information in the organizational structure of a member of the working members in the organization. It will be the member in this cases some of the ideas and intentions and information as well as the specific objectives of carrying out a communication.
The sender of any message aims to achieve a kind of public participation and between him and the future of the message to achieve a specific goal. So there is the need to translate the ideas and intentions and information sent. This means the need to message the sender to express what he means in the form of symbols or language that is understandable. The message is real output that is possible to translate into the ideas and information from a private source in the form of a particular language that can be understood. The message in this case is the real objective of the sender to take shape mainly in achieving effective communication with third-party or specific individuals in the society.
