Communication is a force of moral character for all the systems in a particular organization. It has to connect into each other with the respective knowledge the other might require. Communication helps the other in better understanding and giving an overview of everything within and establishing a proper identity amongst everyone else. This is how it works on an individualistic approach.
However, an organization has to have a strong communication so that it is better enough that the needs, demands and expressive work could easily go along in a flow. In contrast to communication and sales and support system, it has to be very strong and highly linked to the customer's perspective. The main root of the entire system is the customer, its response and the conscientious continuum of reaction in processes is the utilitarian fundament for such a business.
Discussion
In relative terms, if the communication is mismanaged throughout the internal system, then the external is also affected strongly. The organizational boundary has the connection to the peripherals and the inside of it so that everything that goes is inter-related. This is how an impact on something can come over the other subsequently.
Problems in Communication
Working as a supervisor for HP, dealing with customers is a major cause with which we have to deal with extensively. The regular problem faced is lack of communication internally within the employees out of which results such a drawback in helping the customers extensively. It is useful when it comes to conflicts whose resolution depends on mutual understanding. In these conflicts, the decisive question is how to change those conditions of understanding in order to improve communication (Tony, p.36). This is the central cognitive problem of communication management on which I am focusing here.
The work is related to having to deal with the customers who are to be entertained in a diligent manner so that the direct impact on to the organization could be made superior. Since the job description and specification merely requires the direct interaction to the end clients and so unprofessional conduct may lead to a huge cause. Some deformation in the correct passage of information flowing throughout the chain could occur.
In order to understand a bit, we must already know what we are trying to understand. If understanding is possible only among people who share the same milieu assumptions, familiarity, regulations, and collective practices, then it is hard to see how we can comprehend people who are at home in different life worlds.
The second problem concerns the question how we can get access to our own conditions of understanding. A crucial problem of communication discrepancy management is that whatever happens in negotiations will be interpreted and framed by stakeholders based on their different belief-value systems and world views.
