Introduction

Communication is an important aspect of the organization and effective communication requires planning and controlling. Effective communication can always achieved when there is no message ambiguity between the sender and receiver. In business organizations, Ambiguity in most of the cases arises when managers communicate with their employees in philosophical way rather than communicating pragmatically. That result either in the dual meaning of the message or employees does not have the complete meaning of the message.

In most of the cases, lack of effective communication can spell disasters for the organization. Such a huge significance of the communication demands that message should be developed in such a way that it can convey the purported meaning of the message. When the content of the communication is important or it may arise emotional feelings, then the chances of miscommunication tend to increase. So to make communication more effective speaker most of the time repeats the main points and to make sure that the communication has achieved the desired outcome, speaker asks the listener to repeat and recall the message. In other words, effective communicator makes sure that whether the message has delivered to the listeners properly or not.
