Problems

Enron faced many customer-centred issues that surrounded the problem of ineffective communication mechanisms within the company. Either customer feedback was not adequately obtained or they were not given any attention. The actual line of action was deviant from the organization's corporate strategy and a clear-cut direction in policy implementation was not defined. This hindered in the way of as effective organizational planning and its resource allocations.

Analysis

Different warning signs show the management that the company is heading for trouble. Business starts to under-perform, more often than not demonstrated by missing trading targets. This could result because of internal conflicts and differences. First minor differences appear among team member but differences become conflicts when they linger on in a negative way and when they are not managed.

Recommendations

Conflict management also includes a clear-cut planning of actions that are aimed to maximize profits of the company and result in maximum employee's empowerment. The main goal of this structure is to create an environment that encourages a close contact of employees with the management for all the right reasons.

Organizational communication is crucial to a company's success and productivity. It is only through communication that accompanies tending to cooperate with each other in the industrial level and firm-based level in an effective manner. Organizational communication serves an important purpose in the overall management of corporate affairs and its implications on the entire organization.

Analysis

In order to manage the conflicts, the idea of self-leadership has also surfaced according to which leader is not a designation on a certain level of organizational hierarchy rather all members are allowed to take up leadership role.

Recommendations
