Introduction

Selling of Human Organs is a controversial subject in all parts of the world. A large number of deaths are attributed due to the rebuttal of transplantation laws. On the contrary, many people are suffering diseases because they are selling their organs. In some cases, people do not know their organs are sold off during surgeries and operations. In many countries, laws has passed which prohibit the selling and purchasing of human organs. The commercialization of human organs is not only against the ethical, moral and religious laws but also against the humanity which is also unfair according to the philosophy of Utilitarianism.

Favoring arguments

Every year thousands of people die, owing to failure of kidney, heart, lung, liver etc. The rich people have the capability to obtain their failure organs. However, if poor people are facing this critical situation, it is very difficult for them to transplant the needed human organ (Clay, 2011). Human organs transplant should be allowed on the basis of following points.

First, there is no any denying the fact that every year thousands of people are dying because their essential organs become useless. As there is a ban on the sale and purchase of human organs, they die. Second, due to ban on commercialization black markets come on the surface. There is no dearth of buyers and sellers of human organs. Sometimes, when there is not the availability of suitable human organ, organs from the people of other countries are also imported which called human organ is trafficking. Third, this situation makes the shortage of human organs and makes prices high which is out of range for the poor as well middle class people. In this way, only people of rich class can purchase organs.

Fourth, in order to avoid the legal penalties, receivers are adopting, marrying or giving any such lifetime security to the donors. If we see this thing with a positive mind, commercialization of human organs sets the lives of many poor people. Fifth, in every society there is no shortage of mafias. If there would be ban on the commercialization, these mafias will forcefully take the organs or deceive the innocents. In this way, the donor receives fewer amounts and lion's share are parked in the pockets of mafias and intermediaries (Ainley, 2011). Last, not the least, it is morally acceptable that a living person can sell his organ, which could be used after his death. During lifetime, a financial compensation like tax credits, direct payment or reimbursement can be given to him. Furthermore, any moral incentive like honorary medal or certificate can be awarded to him. In this way, lives of thousand people can be saved. There will be low chances of misuse because people of low strata are selling their organs in order to fulfill their needs.Against arguments
