Since the year 1993, we have been manufacturing and designing a number of products for occasions like Halloween, St. Patrick's Day or Christmas. After years of hard work and dedication, the company has started expanding its business in various countries. In addition, the company has recently decided to introduce the business in China that is currently one of the strongest and fast growing economies of the world. However, I still realize that there will be a number of challenges and difficulties that might trouble the company. Therefore, the company has been planning various strategies to deal with these issues accordingly.

Our first most essential priority is the current political situation and scenario in China. China is known to be a democratic country. However, just like several other countries, it is unlikely that democracy is practiced in the truest of essence. At various occasion, the government has known to introduce various strategies and polices that were disapproved and disregarded by majority of the population. There were number of controversies that took place in the year of 2011 only. The people of China are therefore not truly satisfied by their current rulers. The frequent violent protests and rallies are proof of the communication gap between the government and the people of China.
