Introduction

The history of colonial America which covers from the beginning of European settlement till 1776 when the 13 Colonies announced the independence as USA(United States of America) during the rule f King George III. France, Spain, Netherlands and England launched in the 16h century the major programs of colonization in Eastern North America. European settlers came from different religious and social groups. No noble settled there permanently, only a number of soldiers, adventurers, tradesmen and farmers arrived.
