Introduction

College stress and time management are two issues that are closely related. Stress can cause health problems that will have lasting effects on both mind and body. It is always in a hurry or feeling that you do not always have enough time to do what they want and need to do so can have a similar effect on the body. 

At this point, it is imperative that you are very sincere, and you learn to find alternatives to the work you're currently doing, and are not in tune with what you need to achieve. All these issues may indeed be important for the smooth running of the company, for the work of the people around you. However, it is very possible that you're not the right person to be in charge of all that (Mahmoud, et. al., pp. 149-56). If you give your time to others, you will end up finding that the objectives remain unfulfilled are precisely yours.

Possible Solutions

Following are the different possible solutions that can help to overcome college stress through proper time management;

Commit to invest your time only on those issues that are aligned with your objectives / goals. All those issues you raised and which are not directly related to the objectives you intend to achieve should look for an alternative solution which could be:

Analyze if many of the issues you raise could be the result of a lack of procedure. If this is the case, the solution would be to establish robust procedures that reduce the improvisation of many issues, and help the people around you to develop the necessary action without your participation. Thus, depending on your team you will be less.

Delegate; you should try to delegate all matters that are not focused with your goals or that can be resolved by a member of your team.
