Personal Reflection

As a public teacher, I would like to work in an environment where the employees are given their rights and the company is taking care of their needs and requirements. I would like to work in an environment where there are unions because they are the ones who work for the betterment of the employee and who make sure that each and every employee would get their rights. They sometimes, work against the management for making sure that they are the ones who get what they deserve because they put in a lot of effort and hard work.
