Code of conduct refers to the set of behaviors and actions that are a part of every organization. These codes are important to provide a necessary direction to the employees in order to set a behavioral expectation for them. The analysis of these codes is vital in providing the students a large amount of awareness related to their overall application. The organization's code of conduct is a major way to enforce discipline in the organization. There is a need to select the two sports organizations and their codes of conduct would be analyzed as well. In this way, the overall implementation of these concepts would be assessed in the best possible manner.

Discussion of the topic

The two sports organizations that have been selected are Nike and Addidas. The organizations have a long history of following their strict code of conduct but there is a need to highlight the important issues related to their overall application. In the first case, the code of conduct of Nokia will be analyzed.
