Introduction

A huge dispute arises when a community college cannot get along with the community it is supposed to serve and it fails to work together any longer. The same happened in the case of College of DuPage and the village Glen Ellyn. The College of DuPage is situated within the jurisdictional confines of the Village of Glen Ellyn.
