Why do you want to coach here?

Once I came to know about your organization, I made up my mind to be coach here as it the place from where I can achieve my desired goals. Your organization has good market value and it is also a platform from where I can grow more. I believe that every team requires a good coach and that's what I think the players need my skills and experience.

What steps will you take to improve the overall grades of your players?

I believe coach should have communication skills to that can raise the ability to give proper instruction. Motivation is very necessary for every team which ultimately improves the grades of players. I think if a coach is confident, he can provide and courage to the team. It is not always important that the coach present some strategies to improve but these minor things really matters in the team playing because football is the effort of team not an individual game.

What makes you stand out among all the applicants?

I would give the credit to my self confidence and hard work. I believe, every person has some talent but your hard work makes you prominent among others and therefore today I am standing in front of you. My passion and honesty towards work is my strength which certainly makes me different from others. I am not here only to be paid but to pay my great skills and services.

What part does football play in the overall picture of the school?

Football is a sport which holds extra energy and physical vigorous stamina. It involves various kicking practices and running work out that increases the physical strength of children. So according to me it is the best sport for school children to enhance the energy
