Defense Logistics Agency from its offices at DLA Acquisition Locations extended a solicitation contract to contractors for their locations in DLA Energy. The contract was essentially for appropriate suppliers to provision aviation fuel supply at the Baghdad International Airport. The contract offering was proposed in 2009. In the year 2010, certain amendments and changes were pursued in the contract towards the supplier. This amendment essentially asked for provisioning of additional line items at location ORER/ Erbil Intl, Iraq (FedBizOpps, 2011).
