Introduction

“Climate change” means a climatic change recognized indirectly or directly to certain human activities that change the basic composition of the global atmosphere. It is the addition to climate which is unpredictability practical over similar time periods.

Climate change is a lasting change of the decade to one million years ago, statistical parameters which are mean parameters, variability of the global climate of the Earth or its various regional climates. These changes may be due to processes intrinsic to the Earth, to external influences or, more recently, human activities. Climate change has been affecting the world in various negative ways, where ozone layer is getting destructed. There are several reasons associated with such destructions; it could be the industrial pollution, pollution due to the waste materials or mishandling of various natural resources.

It has found that change in climate is emerging up as a new type of issue in the security aspect because of the way it affects both the life and the well being of human's in a highly interconnected and fragile world (Barnett & Matthew, 2010, 3). Additionally, climate change interacts at all scales, as well as with other global environmental and human forces, generating new and sometimes compounding impacts that have enormous and pervasive human consequences. With continuous changes occurring in weather, there are numerous issues that have started rising which could lead any state or perhaps, entire civilization towards failure or collapse. The most important problems that have become the centre of attraction for researchers these days is the increasing demand of water, unavailability of water which also lead to the agricultural and food production problems. These have also contributed highly towards increased prices of food supplies and problems for importing and exporting of food grain.
