Details of The Offence & Court Hearing

The case was reported as off the 12th of September 2012, when the young girl named Evie Knowles was caught for driving with access alcohol drinking. The case encompasses of Evie, who belongs to the daughter of Ken Knowles. Mr. Knowles has the ownership of Knowles' metal exchange, and therefore, has a very important place in the society. The case encompasses of the fact that driving with alcohol led to the conviction of the crime, as well as, the sentence that is called for the interview. The suspect was driving to her friend's party, and therefore, caught driving with alcohol.

The Plan; was to start the party at Tiffiny's house and heading for clubbing afterwards. Four taxies were already booked up by Tiffiny's parents to take them to the new club Hassel in town at 10 p.m. She accepted the fact that she made a dreadful mistake by drinking alcohol in access, without having a break and drove just after. The event took place when Evie was left behind in the toilet by her friends, and therefore, she had to chase them. Tiffiny thought she is in another car. Three miles after Tiffney's house when she was heading towards kempston she crossed the roundabout bit faster, she was asked to pull her car over by the police at 10:35 pm.

The police officer pulled her out of the car and accused her of driving with alcohol. She already violated the speed limit, and therefore, was smelling of alcohol from her breath. The officer asked her to take a breath test, and she was convicted quite well of the driving with alcohol. Her speed limit was almost 60 km/h exceeding from the original, and therefore, the officer arrested her due to the crime of driving with access alcohol. The officer took her to the nearest police station that came out to be the Kempston police station. At the police station she underwent the testing of the breathe; she failed it all over again. The quantity of alcohol was found out to be 90 micro grams in each 100 litres of breathe; this is much above the allowed limit of alcohol for driving by the American law.
