Classroom plan management

Introduction

An effective classroom management plan is a very important plan to have in all of our classrooms today. Teachers must have a strong classroom management plan for two reasons, first, students tend to listen better, but the most important reason to have a good classroom management plan is because it keeps the students focused and ready to learn at all times. Students tend to listen better when the teachers use every day producers and routines to keep them going through the day (AeU, 2006). Using every day routines will keep the students busy and give them less time to cause trouble among their selves. Keeping the students under control and focused on learning should be a major part of the teachers classroom management plan to make sure there is always learning going on. The most important reason for having an effective classroom management plan is because it keeps the teachers lesson plans running smoothly (AeU, 2006). A few other reasons to have an effective classroom management plan are: it keeps the students under control, focused on learning, and keeps them ready to learn at all times. When using a classroom management plan to control the students the teachers need to make sure that the students understand what and how the classroom management plan works. Teachers must explain to the students what is expected of them each day and how they are to accomplish their tasks. Keeping the students under control and learning is a must if you want to keep a positive learning environment for each student (AeU, 2006).
