Classroom Management Plan

Introduction

Classroom management is a broad concept that encompasses several professional acts of the teacher. Classroom management is the planning, organization and implementation of educational and teaching resources to maximize learning for each student in the class. Establish a climate conducive to learning does not just "to discipline", but this is achieved through the establishment of several elements such as the syllabus, the physical organization of the class, the use of technology, the choice of materials, design of teaching and learning, the application of a code of life, etc.

My management plan

The school, among other things, creates discipline mechanisms, which provide the basis on which all students must respond and behave in different situations and contexts that occur within the facility. One such place and perhaps the principal, is the classroom. In the classroom, students and teachers interact in order to establish the teaching - learning contents and values ??in an appropriate and effective manner. Each teacher has specific expectations and routines for their class, but they are restricted by the system that governs the whole school. It is in this context that develops and establishes guidelines for classroom behavior management that becomes essential to achieve and meet the demands, responsibilities and challenges of the classroom (Kaiser, 2009).

An effective classroom environment begins with the organization of the classroom, where teachers must have strategies to teach appropriate behaviors and manage problem behaviors in the classroom (Lyons, 2011). Classroom management is a task that requires understanding that the students do not recognize this instinctively what is expected of them, but need to be taught and provided with positive and constructive feedback until the behavior becomes an automatic part of the daily routine within the room. Classroom management plan establishes the need for careful planning, permitting use of appropriate strategies and chooses rewards that increase positive behavior and decrease problem behavior. This paper can be used as a guide to cooperate, support and give ideas to teachers on strategies to improve procedures and mechanisms that take place in the classroom with students.

This classroom management plan offers support to both teacher and students, fostering a better behavior in the classroom, through simple but effective strategies to improve behavioral and learning outcomes. Thus, this material provides a range of new skills and knowledge through effective methods to perform with students in the classroom, either for the entire course or group for individuals who are troubled and unruly. Thus, the goal of this manual is to facilitate the proper development of the classes within the classroom, improving academic achievement, interpersonal relationships and healthy social development of children and youth in an environment that is conducive to learning (Hardin, 2012).
