Introduction

Classical conditioning theory involves new behavior learning via the process of association (Olson & Fazio, 2001). In a simple way, two stimuli linked together to produce new learning response in person. Three stages of classical conditioning are unconditioned stimulus, conditioned stimulus and new conditioned response. This paper will discuss the classical conditioning in education and business settings.
