Women are considered to be the weakest being of nature. History reveals this fact with evidences of fewer legal rights and career opportunities than men. Role of women in society is confined and limited to motherhood and wifehood. These two are considered to be the significant professions amongst women in the past. However, today this scenario is not same as history. Women in the twentieth century are more intelligent and professional then men. Social awareness with proper education has supported them to come forward and excel themselves with higher job options. These benefits are resultant of a large degree of rigorous struggle by leaders of the past century.

Societies in which we live today consist of many individuals all with different back ground and approaches. Therefore, all have right to be equally treated in the society. This is the main cause for the creation of civil right moments. In United States, such moments aim to abolish biased acts of racial discrimination and other server issues humiliating rights of women in society. Women activist performed a significantly pivotal role in the American Civil rights moments. They fought for racial justice for minorities in America. Also, women suffrage is one the most collective term in the preceding time. It refers to the right of women to vote and hold government offices. Therefore, it is important to discuss the status of women and her rights and justice (David & et al, 2009, pp.99).

One of the most popular moments in United States for rights of women is Women Suffrage Moment. It guarantees unbiased distribution of voting right to women. It compels regulatory bodies to make amendments to laws that are not in favor women in terms of voting rights. Women Suffrage moment became successful in United States with time. In the beginning of the twentieth century, the aftermaths of this moment compelled the local and state governments to allow voting rights to women. Government ensured in the Ninetieth Amendment to the United States that the state will not permit any discrimination on the basis on sex in matters of municipal voting.

The activist of this group works upon the women rights especially in the political equality in USA. This moment aims to accomplish the legal status for women in society and their inclusion in the field of politics. Moreover, this community promotes the physical development of personality of females through various events such as, swimming competition, air pilot training and such equivalent training. This training provided the basis for their personal development and pleasure. They also have reforms to protect forceful prostitution and human trafficking which is considered to be a federal crime. The Mann Act of 1910 is a commendable achievement to avoid forceful prostitution among young girls of United States (Risa, 2007, pp.249).
