Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to conduct an analysis on the church administration. The church is the group of Christians whose doctrinal and practical development depends on the Bible and the Holy Spirit through the involvement and use of all human and material resources.

The Bible as an inexhaustible source of wisdom abounds with information and examples on the organization and order in administration in creating God demonstrates his administrative skill planning, implementing, organizing and evaluating every creative step on anything beyond their control does not lack divine or nothing to spare. It is the result of good management that has everything planned, ready on time.

Church administration is the key issue which is always highlighted and given a great importance. The church administration refers to the effective and efficient administration of the church. The issue of church administration has always been in serious consideration. A company, as described by Professor Reyes Ponce, is made up of three elements: material goods, or passive, men, or active element, and systems or standards of conduct, discipline and guidance (Blue Letter Bible 2012). The church is made up of three types of elements.

1 - Material goods i.e. for the development of its many activities the church acquires real property, buildings, furniture, equipment and materials. The people of God have always possessed such belongings can be seen watching the temple in the Old Testament as well as the possessions of the early church.

2 - Male: the human element is the lifeblood of the church and is the primary factor in the administration. Although it is said that dealing with people is the most difficult task, but dealing with the people of God by applying the techniques of a true Christian leader is a special experience and inspiring. Talents are discovered, they are prepared and the work takes on a job as a minister summit.

3 - Systems: the church has manuals, constitutions, regulations, etc., but the base of his government and discipline is the Bible.

What is Church Administration?

As per the definitions of church administration, it is the spiritual service which is provided to the Jesus Christ. Church administration is mainly the services of using the God's orders and implementing it for the work of ministry. It is the process of providing the efficient services to the ministry along with satisfying the happiness and will of God (Charles 1985). "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Colossians 3:23-24 (ESV)

Church administration is basically the process of working as the assistant of the senior pastor in order to maintain the proper administration of the church and its functioning. It is the responsibility of the church administrator to provide an organized environment with the help of good management and communication so that the spirit of excellence could be served.
