Introduction

Chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) is an uncommon, heterogeneous, inherited disorder that sways about 1 in 250,000 individuals. The clinical spectrum of CGD is exceedingly heterogeneous extending from a gentle to a very critical form. The major defect in CGD is a malfunction of neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, and eosinophils to climb on a respiratory blew, and thus to develop superoxide anions and other reactive oxygen species drawn from from superoxide, for example hydrogen peroxide(Roos 2007).
