Introduction

Over the last decade in the period, occurring major social and economic changes in the society has been realized a wide range of measures aimed at protecting and maintaining the health of children. The introduction in 1948 of the Act on the National Health Service replaced the previous partial solution to many problems. NHS is subject to the Secretary of State for Health, responsible to parliament. Healthcare NHS is subject to tripartite structure: primary medical care, hospital care, and social health services (Lee, 2004).
