COLLABORATIVE PRACTICES

a) When gathering information about a child describe how you would collaborate with colleagues families and other professionals.

In order to gathered information about children, I will collaborate with children, families and colleagues and other professionals through flyers and conversation. Other alternate way that I will be choosing is to email them or make a direct contact through telephone.

b) Describe how you will make time available to share information with parents and follow-up any concerns.

There are number of ways I will make time available to share the information with parent in order to follow up any concern relates to children. It will be monthly parent-teachers meeting will be held each month which will facilitates parents to know about progress of their children.

a) Design an observation system to ensure you observe all children and their behaviours of concern.

Observational system is the way that gets information about the program and it is results that refer to the actual observation such as watching people, activity or conditions. In order to make sure that I will observe all children, direct observation will be my optimum choice.

b) Describe how your interpretations are inclusive and linked to your observations.

Inclusive resources are one that recognizes the children diversity in children community program of Australia. I will provide theme books, broachers, magazines in different language.

c) Then include how you will link your observations to your program plans

It is important for me to use make this information more relevant until it will result waste of energy time and plan activities. After taken observation carefully, it will be communicate to Childs families as well as specialist which can give a better understanding about what child does in program. For example, Victoria having very difficult time during art activities which involves drawing.

d) Show how this process can be demonstrated to and accessed by others

This process is basically will the step by step process under which each participant will be well aware about their respective jobs. It will starts from colleagues because they will be key personas that help in gathering observation. Then observation will discuss with parents who help in to share their input and last professionals will plan about different areas of child development.

e) Predict how you the observer can influence interaction and behaviour
