Introduction

Obesity is a chronic disorder with having different types of cause's hat might affect the individual in isolation and it may collectivity affects the whole population. In recent times it is become the major health problem in adults and children. Study suggests that Obesity is dramatically increase within the prevalence that is related with particularly involves obstructive sleeping apnea and cardiovascular sequlae (Reilly et.al, 2005). Obesity in recent time is considered as the global health problem especially in the western countries which is affecting virtual region throughout the world with just exception of Sub Saharan African region. This study will focus to identify the key factors that associate with obesity in children and adults.

Discussion

According to the World Health Organization, obesity is the condition of abnormal and excess accumulation of the adipose tissue and known as body fat which might causes the individual health at risk. The adipose tissue requires the invasive laboratory measure in the context of the population as a simple measure on which base on obesity definition is required.

For this study observational studies including the cohort, cross sectional and the randomized trial. Enrolled the children from the age between 0 to 18 years and had the measure over obesity overweight through using BMI. 60 children with the age year of 10 to 16 years will be analyzed.

Sleep deprivation is becoming in the increasingly prevalent in the both adults and children's. The decline in the sleep duration has paralleled increase in the prevalence of the obesity. This is recommended that the sleep duration for the children's is supposed to be 9 to 10 hours, however the study is suggested that large portion did not meet the goal of sleep but it had erratic issues of sleep (Reilly et.al, 2005). Those children who got the lease amount of sleep and who had the most of suffered with most irregular schedule of sleeping were 4.5 times more likely to be obese. The more short sleepers hat have got few weekends could be possible to lowering that amount towards 2 times.

According to study, there are 30 percent who lesser than 6 hours were obese, the regular slept while child takes 7 to 9 hours each night were considered to be thinnest with the occurrence of obesity (Parsons et.al, 1999).
