Fernand-Laurent put more influential work regarding the issue of child trafficking to the forefront and also more thriving in its information use. This paper discusses child trafficking within the wider context of traffic and prostitution in the category of children. Author's approach; therefore, different from that of Boudhiba, as it consider more perspective of human rights, for instance, when the Convention on the Rights of the Child was in the early drafting stages: At the spirit of the struggle for human right promotion and respect, a more precise effort is to be waged for the children liberation, coupled with the poor, are slightest equipped to protect themselves. Furthermore, this study is exceptional in taking an unbiased perspective of existing data: The significant point is not the phenomenon scale in terms of numbers other than its seriousness degree because it is an abuse of the human's fundamental rights.
