Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to make a case analysis of child abuse on the use of methamphetamine. There is a law that if the mother is under the influence of methamphetamine, then they will consider it as child abuse. In the law of child abuse, there is a new amendment and according to this bill if someone possesses or using the methamphetamine in the presence of the child, then the law will consider them as child abuse.
