Soffe, a leader in the juniors and athletic apparel market, is proud to announce its sponsorship of the 5th Annual Fresh Face Model Competition in partnership with CheerSport. The Fresh Face Competition is a contest to find one girl who is active in her community, excels academically and athletically, is a role model, has a fresh attitude and cool style. One winner present at the CheerSport National cheerleading competition will have the chance to be the face of Soffe for 2012, an all expense paid trip to New York City with a day at the spa, a shopping spree valued at approximately $1,000 and a complete Soffe wardrobe.

Previous winners include: Dee Dee Winningham, WV (2008), Morgan Koewler, South Carolina (2009), Kristen Weeks, NY (2010) and Mackenzie Schultz, PA (2010). Each winner starred in Soffe's advertisements, videos and fashion shows throughout their reign. Each of the previous winners have traveled to New York City, enjoyed a spa day and a weekend of shopping.

Between December 12, 2011 and February 12, 2012, girls 15 years of age and older are invited to visit www.soffe.com or send via first class mail (affixed to: Soffe Fan Club, The Fresh Face of Soffe Contest 2012, One Soffe Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28312) a photograph of themselves along with a short essay (500 words or less) explaining why they have what it takes to be named The Fresh Face of Soffe including GPA, athletic and community affiliations. Soffe will name one winner at CheerSport Nationals February 17-19, 2012 in Atlanta, GA.
