Summary of “Gordon Matta-Clark and the Question of “Work”

Gordon was furthermore a person taking photographs and his below ground concerns were extensively documented. He like the broad slim portraits of the travelling murals on the New York subway vehicles, which were photographed in black-and- white and tinted by hand. A medium-sized archive of taking photographs is about all that continues of his work. Not all of these photos are just documents. Quite a couple of them are works of art and are proposed as such.
